I bought this record when it came out. I think the disk may be pink plastic.
I don't know for sure though, because my niece borrowed it like 20 years ago and has never returned it, although she swears she's still got it and in good condition. But it's still my property. We both agree on that.
So I own this recording and my downloading of it is completely legal. This just saves me from having to get it out of storage and putting in on my digitizing turntable.
